How long does shipping take for my Six Zero order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International shipping times vary by location, usually ranging from 7-14 business days.
What is your return policy for pickleball paddles?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused paddles in their original packaging. Please note that once the plastic wrap is removed from the handle, the paddle is no longer eligible for a full refund.
Do Six Zero paddles come with a warranty?
Yes, all our paddles are backed by a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, graphics fading, or damage caused by misuse.
Are Six Zero paddles USA Pickleball (USAP) approved?
Most of our performance paddles, including the Black Diamond and Ruby series, are USAP approved for tournament play. Please check the specific product page for the 'USAP Approved' seal.

How should I clean and maintain my carbon fiber paddle?
To maintain grit and spin, we recommend using a specialized paddle eraser to remove ball fibers. Avoid using liquid cleaners or leaving your paddle in extreme heat, such as inside a hot car.
